If you smoke in the room, we will be forced to charge you CHF 400.00 as a deep cleaning charge.
In case of fire alarm activation, for any reason, the hotel is allowed to charge the fire department intervention from CHF 800.00 minimum.
A laundry bag is available at reception.
All laundry given to Reception before 9:30 am will be returned the same day.
For express service (after 9:30 am, Saturdays, Sundays and/or days off) with a return the same day, an additional 50 % will be applied.
The room should be freed by 12.00 o'clock (noon) at the latest.
If you would like to enjoy the room a little longer, do not hesitate to contact the reception.
Depending on availability, it is possible to keep the room until 3 P.M., for an extra charge.
